At the beginning of the human empires there was once a great performer of the land, who's musical sounds could stop people in their tracks. The sounds that she could produce would bring men and women to tears. Her songs and tales that she could tell stopped fights, bickering, and possibly even wars. During the beginnings of the humans kingdoms they and the Aelf almost went to war over a territorial dispute. During the meeting both parties heard the lady performer play a song outside the hall, the song was beautiful and harrowing. Both parties heard this song and loved the sound, they both stated that the music they heard was the greatest song in all the world. The performer gave her name to the astounded crowd gathered her things, and stated that she was to go on a pilgrimage to a new stage. As she left she vanished and Dulcia was never heard from again.

The Dogma of Dulcia is the belief of inspiring yourself and others to do more, the impossible if need be. The belief within the tones of Dulcia is that of the belief of aspiration imagination and non secular thinking. The believers of the tones have been known to give in to the passions of the world and indulge in music and wine.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.
Most people are stronger than they know, they just forget to believe it sometimes.
    Perseverance is priceless.
    The imagination is powerful.
    Make mistakes.
    Create value.
Each person is the bard of their story.
    Knowledge comes from experience.
Imagination is more important than education.
Do not follow in the paths of others, Instead go where there is no path and leave a trail.
We must embrace pain and anguish and burn it as fuel for our art.
A musician must make music, An artist must paint, A poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself.

As the the patron Goddess of performers, artists and brewers. She is worshiped in small gatherings of the like and is asked for blessings and good fortunes. Small shrines have been built in large breweries performance halls with small collection boxes at bottom of them to collect a little extra for home and hearths. Believers of the Dulcia carry a small pendant with her symbol on hung by a chain and a feather adorning it.
